Getting started
What do I need?
An iPhone with iOS 26 and an Apple Watch with watchOS 26, paired to each other. CoinDials installs on both; no account or sign-in is needed.
My face shows no prices, or the spots are empty
The CoinDials app must be on your Apple Watch before you add a face, or watchOS leaves our spots empty.
- On your iPhone, open the Watch app and scroll to Available Apps.
- Tap Install next to CoinDials.
- Open CoinDials on your iPhone and add the face again.
Tip: turn on General › Automatic App Install in the Watch app.
Adding a face did nothing
After you tap Add to Watch, iPhone hands the face to the Watch app. Confirm with Add to My Faces. If nothing appears, make sure your watch is nearby, unlocked and connected, then try again.
Coins and prices
How do I change which coins appear?
In the iPhone app, open a face and tap a spot on the dial, then pick one of your eight coins. To swap a coin itself, hold it in the spot picker, or open the Data tab and tap it under Your 8 coins. Every face that uses that coin updates, including faces already on your watch.
Can I track any coin?
Yes. Search by name or ticker when choosing a coin; the most popular coins are listed first.
How often do prices update?
watchOS decides when watch faces refresh, usually every 15 to 30 minutes, and more often for the face you're wearing. Opening CoinDials on your watch fetches the latest prices immediately and shows when they were last updated. No app can make a watch face tick in real time; we'd rather tell you that plainly.
Where do the prices come from?
From CoinGecko, which aggregates prices across major exchanges. Prices can differ slightly from your own exchange and are for information only, not financial advice.
Purchases
What does Pro include, and what does it cost?
Three faces are free for good. Pro unlocks all 39 faces and every future face: $39.99 once (Lifetime) or $19.99 a year (Yearly), in US dollars. The App Store shows your local price before you confirm. Full details are in our Terms.
Restore a purchase
Open CoinDials › Settings › Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought Pro with.
Cancel a subscription or request a refund
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On iPhone, go to Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › CoinDials. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Faces you've already added keep working after a subscription ends.
Privacy and safety
What data does CoinDials collect?
None through the app. There's no account, analytics, advertising or tracking; your coins and settings stay on your devices. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
Delete CoinDials from your iPhone and Apple Watch; that removes everything it stored. If you've emailed us and want those messages deleted, write to privacy@coindials.com.
Will CoinDials ever ask for my wallet or exchange login?
Never. CoinDials only shows prices. We will never ask for seed phrases, private keys, passwords or exchange logins. If anyone claiming to be CoinDials does, it's a scam; please report it to security@coindials.com.
