1. Who we are

This policy covers the CoinDials apps for iPhone and Apple Watch (the "App") and the website coindials.com. Both are operated by HORSX Holdings LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Ste 7, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us"). For the purposes of data-protection law, HORSX Holdings LLC is the data controller for the limited information described here. You can reach us at privacy@coindials.com.

3. Information that stays on your devices

• Coins, faces and settings. Stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch and synced between them directly through Apple's Watch Connectivity. They are never sent to us.
• Health data. If you allow Health access, the App reads your step count and heart rate on your Apple Watch to display them on faces with those spots. Health data never leaves your watch, is never sent to us or any third party, and is never used for advertising or data mining. CoinDials never writes to Health.
• Calendar. If you allow Calendar access, the App reads your next upcoming event on your watch to display it. It is not stored elsewhere or sent anywhere.
• Location. If you allow location access, your watch uses your approximate location to request local weather from Apple WeatherKit. We don't receive or store your location. Apple's handling is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Photos. If you choose to save a face's artwork, the App asks for permission to add images to your photo library. It cannot read or browse your photos.

You can change Health, Calendar, Location and Photos permissions at any time in iPhone Settings or the Watch app. The App works without them; only the related spots stay empty.

4. Information sent over the internet

• Price requests. To show prices, the App asks our price server (or, in some test versions, CoinGecko directly) for the coins you've chosen. A request contains only coin identifiers such as "bitcoin", plus the technical details every internet request carries, such as your IP address. Our price server is configured to keep no request logs, and we don't build profiles or link requests to you.
• Coin search. When you search for a coin, your search text is sent the same way to find matching coins. Coin logos for less common coins may be loaded from CoinGecko's image servers.
• Purchases. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. The App checks your purchase status with Apple on your device to unlock Pro features. We don't receive your name, email address or payment details.
• Diagnostics. The App contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated crash and usage statistics.
• Support emails. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and use them only to reply and help you.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use it to track you across apps and websites. The App shows no ads.

Where data-protection law applies, we rely on: performance of a contract to deliver prices and Pro features you asked for; legitimate interests in keeping our services secure and working (for example, brief processing of IP addresses by our hosting provider to block abuse); and, for support emails, our legitimate interest in answering you. Device permissions such as Health and Location are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings.

7. Retention

Price and search requests are answered and discarded; we don't keep logs of them. Cloudflare may retain limited security logs under its own policy. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for our records, and no longer than three years, unless the law requires otherwise. You can ask us to delete your emails sooner.

8. Security

All traffic between the App, our price server and this website is encrypted with HTTPS. Because we don't hold accounts or personal profiles, there is very little for anyone to breach. To report a vulnerability, write to security@coindials.com.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers operate global networks. Where personal information moves from the EEA, UK or Switzerland to other countries, our providers use recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local supervisory authority. California residents and residents of other U.S. states with privacy laws have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights; we do not sell or share personal information.

Because the App doesn't collect personal data, most requests can be completed by deleting CoinDials from your iPhone and Apple Watch, which removes everything it stored. For anything else, including emails you've sent us, write to privacy@coindials.com. We'll verify the request and respond within 30 days.

11. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. This website

coindials.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Cloudflare processes standard request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.

13. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we'll also highlight it in the App's release notes before it takes effect.
