How we operate
| Market data | Coin prices come from CoinGecko, delivered to the app through our own price server. |
| Infrastructure | Our website and price server run on Cloudflare. The price server is configured to keep no request logs. |
| Payments | All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. |
| Your data | No account, no analytics, no advertising, no trackers. Your coins and settings stay on your iPhone and Apple Watch. Read the Privacy Policy. |
| Price updates | watchOS decides when watch faces refresh, usually every 15 to 30 minutes. The CoinDials app on your watch fetches fresh prices whenever you open it. We say this plainly because it matters. |

Our commitments
- Honest pricing. Three faces are free for good. Pro prices are shown in full, in your currency, before you confirm. Faces you've added keep working if a subscription ends.
- Original design. Our artwork is drawn in-house. We don't copy watch brands' dials, and coin logos appear only to identify coins.
- Not financial advice. CoinDials shows prices; it never tells you what to buy or sell, and it never asks for wallet keys or exchange logins.
- Real people. Every email is read and answered by the team that builds the app.
Security disclosure
If you believe you've found a security issue in CoinDials or coindials.com, please email security@coindials.com with the details and steps to reproduce. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days, will keep you updated, and will credit you if you wish. Please don't publicly disclose the issue until we've fixed it. Our security.txt follows RFC 9116.
